Breezily.ca is a Canadian-based Monthly Service specializing in delivering the best natural, eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning supplies and home essentials from trustworthy brands in a convenient and personalized monthly delivery.

Based on your product preferences and frequency of product use, we will schedule your Breezily Orders to be delivered to you monthly!

Our Monthly Service can be cancelled or modified at any time. We offer complete customization. You will receive your order monthly by default, but this can be adjusted based on your Account Setting! You may also add or remove products within your order at any time! The frequency and products in each of your orders are entirely up to you!

  • What are Breezily's values?

Our values include healthy living, sustainability and maintaining a healthier planet by using best natural products available at prices everyone can afford! Breezily.ca was created because we wanted to make these values conveniently accessible to all Canadians!

  • Is Breezily.ca a recurring service?

Yes! By default, we offer a monthly service - But you can adjust to the frequency you receive your orders at any time!

  • Am I able to order from Breezily.ca without a monthly subscription?

Only Breezily.ca Account Holders will be able to make purchases using our monthly service. Accounts are entirely free to make (No annual-fees). 

You can easily pause or cancel your Product Subscriptions in Account Settings.

  • Are there any fees to use Breezily.ca?

Our monthly service is completely free to use! We do, however, ask for a $5.99 Delivery Fee for orders under $35. Orders that are valued over $35 will be eligible for Free Shipping!

  • Is the monthly subscription worth it?

Our services are completely free to use! You'll never have to think about shopping for cleaning products again with a Breezily.ca Account. We deliver the best natural cleaning supplies and home essentials right to your doorstep exactly when you need them! We even add free gifts and samples to your order from time to time to discover new eco-conscious brands and products! Delivery is absolutely free for orders over $35.

  • How much does it cost to shop with Breezily.ca?

Our services are free! You just have to cover the cost of the products in your order. We offer free shipping if the value of your order is $35 or more. If your order is less than $35, we will charge a $5.99 delivery free.

  • How do I partner with Breezily Inc.?

Our Products

  • Are there maximum quantities of a particular product that I can order?

There is no maximum quantity set for any of our products. You can add as many products that we have available and in stock. 

  • How can I see all the products Breezily.ca carries?

All the products we carry are conveniently laid out, using our user-friendly navigation on our Home Page! On our site, you have the option to browse by category or brand!

Complete transparency is important to us, and we want you to be the most informed about every single one of the products we carry. This is why we have included a detailed product description on each product page that explains what each product is, the brand's qualifications and certifications that a specific product has, what each product does, how to use it, and what ingredients each product is made up of.

  • How do I leave a product review?

You will receive an email with an invitation to leave product reviews for previously ordered products! The customer review invitation will be sent via email about ten days after your order has been delivered to you.

  • Are your products safe for septic systems?

Yes! Our products are completely septic safe!

  • Do you have gluten-free products?

Of course! All of our products are gluten-free!

  • Do you have vegan products?

Definitely! All of our cleaning products are formulated with plant-based ingredients, making them Vegan. All of our products are also Cruelty-Free!

  • How do I recycle my empty containers?

Recycling procedures differ from province to province. The Inventory of recycling programs in Canada gives every province detailed information on recycling your empty product packaging safely.

Suppose the above resource does not have information about how to recycle your products for your region. Please contact your local Community Recycling Centres for further guidance.

  • Does natural hand soap protect me from bacteria?

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), there is no additional benefit to using antibacterial hand soaps. Both antibacterial and non-antibacterial soaps are equally effective in getting rid of germs.

  • What is the best way to wash my hands?

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), it is recommended to: 

1. Wet your hands with clean, warm or cold water and apply soap.

2. Lather your hands by rubbing them together with the soap. 

3. Scrub all surfaces of your hands, including the palms, backs, fingers, between your fingers, and under your nails. Keep scrubbing for at least 20 seconds (the "Happy Birthday" song twice)

4. Rinse your hands under clean, running water. 

5. Dry your hands using a clean towel or air dry them.

Your Account

  • How do I manage My Account?

Your account is completely customizable. In your Account Settings, you can add, reduce or remove the items in your Cart and adjust your Delivery Schedule.

In your Account Settings, you can also update important information like your mailing address or billing details.

To update your address go to My Account > Manage Subscriptions > then click the Addresses Tab > Add Address.

  • How do I reset my password?

If you are having difficulties with signing into your account. Please click here and provide the Email Address associated with your Breezily.ca Account. Once complete, you will receive a link via email to access your account.

  • How do I cancel an existing Product Subscription?

Modifying your Product Subscriptions can be done in your Account Settings by simply clicking "Edit" next to the product you wish to modify. From here, you can change the "Delivery Schedule," "Skip," or "Cancel" your Product Subscription.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting Customer Support. If you close your account, you will be required to pay any outstanding fees acquired, if any.

  • What are product subscriptions?

The items you previously ordered will automatically be added to your product subscriptions. Product subscriptions will be added to your monthly order at a frequency of your choosing.

You can easily add any product we carry to your monthly service or remove anything you don't want. Everything is completely customizable!

You will receive reminder notifications before your order is shipped, allowing you the opportunity to look over your Product Subscriptions in Account Settings to make changes as you see fit.

  • How does the Referral Program work?

Invite friends and family to use our convenient monthly service and earn referral credits! Referral Credits can include credits or discounts to be used towards your Breezily Monthly Orders! For more information, please see our Referral Program Policy.

  • I've received my first Breezily.ca shipment. What happens next?

Yay! Congratulations on receiving your first Breezily Order!

You may notice suggested products added to your Product Subscriptions in your Account Settings similar to the products in your first order. You can remove these additional products up until one day before the scheduled shipping date!

By default, your next Breezily Order will be set to auto-ship one month after you have received your first order. If you would prefer to receive your next order later, you can adjust the delivery date accordingly by changing the "Delivery Schedule" of your products to your Account Settings.

  • Can I have more than one account?

No, having more than one account per person is against our Terms of Use Policy and may result in the suspension of all accounts

  • How do I add a new Product Subscription to my Existing Account's Monthly Delivery?

In your Breezily Account Settings, click "Manage Subscriptions."

Under the "Subscriptions" Tab, you will see a button at the top left corner that reads "ADD PRODUCT" click this button to add the desired product.

Shipping

  • Can I edit my order?

Your order can be modified up until 12 AM EST, one day before your scheduled delivery date. We cannot make changes to an order once it has been shipped out of our fulfillment center.

  • How do I change my shipment date?

Shipment Dates can be modified in your Breezily Account Settings under "Manage Subscriptions." To change the delivery date of an order, you will need to "edit" each product subscription within your monthly order. Adjust "delivery schedule" to the desired frequency.

  • Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking information for your shipment!

  • One of my items arrived damaged/missing. Can anything be done?

If you notice a damaged or missing product within your order, please notify us immediately at info@breezily.ca, and we will happily sort this out for you!

  • Where does Breezily.ca ship?

We are a Canadian based company that only operates in Canada.

We offer Canada-wide Shipping!

  • I accidentally sent my order to the wrong address. How can I fix it?

It is the responsibility of our customers to provide us with the correct address. Your order details can be changed up until 12 AM EST, one day before your scheduled auto-shipping date. We cannot make changes to an order once it has been shipped out of our fulfillment center.

To update your address go to My Account > Manage Subscriptions > then click the Addresses Tab > Add Address.

  • How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free if your order is $35 or more. There is a Delivery Fee of $5.99 for orders under $35.

  • Can I skip a shipment?

Absolutely! Shipment frequency is completely customizable. Shipments can be cancelled or paused at any time. You do not need to have an active subscription to shop our eco-cleaning home essentials!

Shipment frequency can be modified in your Account Settings.

  • What are your return and refund policies?

To process a return, all you have to do is reach out to our support team, and we happily assist in processing your return and refund. 

Refunds will be issued to you on the same method of payment used to purchase your Breezily Order. If we cannot refund the amount back to the original form of payment used, we will issue a refund as store credit. To request a refund, contact our Support Team within 15 days of delivery.

    • Name and Quantity of the product the refund is for.
    • Reason for requesting a refund.

  • Why did I get a notification about my order shipping soon?

We send out courtesy reminder emails to let you know your order is shipping soon to allow you time to make changes to your order if needed. Your order can be changed up until 12 AM EST, one day before your scheduled auto-shipping date. We cannot make changes to an order once it has been shipped out of our fulfillment center.

  • Do I have to be at home to accept my order?

No signature is needed for delivery! It is within the carrier's discretion to leave the shipment at the given address. If the courier deems it unsafe to leave the package unattended, they will leave a notice at your door for options to pick it up at a nearby shipping carrier location or schedule a reshipment of the package.

  • When will my order arrive?

We usually ship orders out within 24-48 hours of processing.

Once the order has been shipped and passed along to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number for your shipment. Orders usually arrive within 4-5 business days. However, due to COVID-19, there may be some delays in shipping and processing times with our third-party shipping carrier.

  • What if an item I ordered is out of stock or discontinued?

We make every effort to ensure that out of stock items are reflected on our site, but sometimes these items become unavailable after an order has been placed. If this situation occurs, we will notify our customers as soon as possible that they will not be receiving a particular item. 

If you are ever missing an item you ordered, Contact Us, and we will be happy to sort this out for you!

 

Pricing

  • Is there an order minimum? 

Nope! But, to be eligible for Free Shipping, your order must be over $35.

  • Does Breezily.ca offer price matching?

We offer competitive prices based on industry standards within Canada. 

At this time, we do not offer price matching.

  • How long does a refund take?

Refund times vary based on your bank and method of payment. Refunds can take up to 5 business days to be processed by your bank.

  • When will my card be charged?

You will be charged at the time you place your order.

  • Do you need my billing address?

As a security precaution, we will require your billing address to protect card users against fraudulent activity at checkout.

  • What type of payments do you accept?

Currently, we accept all major credit and debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, American Express. We also accept PayPal.

  • Does Breezily.ca comply with Canadian Consumer Protection Legislation?

In Canada, consumer protection legislation is dealt with on a provincial and territorial level. If you are unsure about where you should direct your concern, you can consult with your provincial or territorial consumer affairs office first for assistance.
