Shipping, Return & Refund Policies

Shipping Policy

We are proudly a Canadian Company that is owned and operated out of Ontario, Canada. Our services are offered to Canadian based customers only. We offer Canada-wide shipping and complimentary shipping for orders valued at $35+ (excluding taxes). Those who access our site and use our services from other countries outside of Canada do so at their discretion and are responsible for compliance with local law.

No Commitment Product Subscriptions

You can cancel, modify or delay your order at any time, up until 12 AM (EST), 1 day before your scheduled delivery shipping date.

Shipment Processing & Tracking 

We usually ship orders out within 24 to 48 hours of processing. Orders typically arrive within 4-5 business days after shipping. However, due to COVID-19 or seasonal volumes, there may be some delays in shipping and processing with our third-party shipping carrier.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment tracking information. 

We use third-party shipping carriers to deliver orders, and as a result, once orders are shipped, the risk of a lost package will be the responsibility of the delivery carrier. Issues regarding a lost shipment should be handled between the customer and the delivery carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct email, contact information and mailing address to their Breezily Order. The order will be shipped to the address provided. is not responsible for costs related to returned packages due to providing an incorrect address. 

If a package returns to us due to an incorrect address. The buyer is responsible for the re-shipping fee as the original shipping label will be void.

Shipping, Delivery & Restocking Fees

Shipping Fees are paid directly to the third-party shipping carrier service used. Shipping costs vary based on the distance the package must travel from our warehouse based in Mississauga, Ontario to the final destination and based on the weight of the package being shipped. 

Orders valued at $34 and below are subject to a $5.99 Delivery Fee (plus HST). Orders valued at $35 or more will be eligible for Free Canada-Wide Shipping! Delivery Fees are acquired upon Order Shipment. 

A $10 Restocking Fee is applied to returns made at no fault of the seller. This includes returning unwanted items, such as items that are no longer needed, ordered the wrong size, brand, scent, etc. Shipping, Delivery & Restocking fees are non-refundable. 

Return Policy

To process a return, all you have to do is reach out to our support team, and we happily assist in processing your return and refund. 

Refunds will be issued to you on the same method of payment used to purchase your Breezily Order. If we cannot refund the amount back to the original form of payment used, we will issue a refund as store credit. To request a refund, contact our Support Team within 15 days of delivery.

When contacting the support team, please include the following information:

  • Account Holders Full Name and Email Address
  • Name and Quantity of the product the refund is for.
  • Reason for requesting a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund request if you do not make it within 15 days of delivery or if we determine that the refund request may be a violation of our Terms of Use.

Return and Refund Eligibility

We will send you a prepaid shipping label for returns for the following situations:

  • Replacement of any item that was shipped to you in error.
  • Replacement of manufacture defective product(s)
  • Replacement of damaged product(s) due to transit or shipping conditions.

In all other situations outside of those listed above, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs and may be subject to a $10 restocking fee. Products must be in original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return and refund requests for damaged or incorrectly shipped items must be made within 7 days of order delivery to be considered. Please carefully inspect the package upon delivery and let us know of any issues within this time. We reserve the right to refuse any refund request if we determine that the refund request may be a violation of our Terms of Use.

Returns of unwanted or accidentally purchased items are subject to a $10 restocking fee. The restocking fee may be deducted from the refund. Customers who make a return due to no fault of the seller may have to cover the return shipping costs. 

Returns can be sent to our warehouse located at 7075 Edwards Blvd, Unit 4, Mississauga ON L5S1Z2. Please email us prior to shipping to get the return approved. Only approved returns will be considered.  

Non-Eligible Refunds;

  • All Personal Care items are final sale. 
  • Delivery-fees and Restocking Fees are non-refundable.
  • We will not issue refunds for products that are damaged after the delivery or due to customer use.
  • We will not accept returns or give refunds for items that are not in their original form and have been open or used.

Billing Charges & Refunds

Charges relating to Product Subscriptions occur on the day of order shipment. Refund processing times vary based on your bank and the payment method used.

It typically takes about 5-7 business days to receive a credit card refund. 

Refunds will be made to the same method of payment used to purchase your Breezily Order. Suppose we are unable to refund the original credit card used. In this case, we will refund the amount of your returned order (excluding the Delivery Fee) to your Breezily Account in the form of a Store Credit.

Cancelled Orders

Your order must be cancelled before 12 AM (EST), one day before your scheduled delivery date, to be eligible for a refund. 

If you miss the cancellation window, your return will be subject to a $10 restocking fee, and you may be responsible for the return shipping cost. The restocking fee may be deducted from the refund. 

Returns can be sent to our warehouse located at 7075 Edwards Blvd, Unit 4, Mississauga ON L5S1Z2. Please get your return approved by our Customer Support team prior to shipping.  

Replacement of Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in packaging every item to ensure no product damage occurs during shipping. However, please notify our Customer Support team within 7 days of delivery at if you receive a damaged or defective product in the mail. We will happily arrange to send you a brand new replacement item. 

Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed mail. If you believe that your package is lost or has been stolen, please contact the mail carrier.
